Legal Document Preparation Services in Six Easy Steps

1. Pay Fees

After you choose your service, you need to pay your preparation fee online. After submitting your payment online up to 24-48 hours for our legal document services to process your fee before continuing to the next step. We will not be able to start the process until we have processed your payment

2. Sign and return the “Non-Attorney Disclosure and Consent” form 

We suggest you read this document carefully and print a copy for your reference. If you do not sign the Disclosure and Consent form, you will not be able to proceed to the next step.

3. Submit Questionnaire

We will send you an intake questionnaire to gather your pertinent information. Complete the intake questionnaire and email it back within a timely manner. 

4. Schedule Phone Appointment

If required, we will call you to schedule a phone appointment to gather additional information needed to prepare your legal forms. We offer virtual solutions so that we can assist clients throughout the State of Florida. Over the years we have helped many clients and completed projects of which we are proud from the comfort of their own home or office – in their own time – via email, phone and internet. We’ll do everything we can to put you on the right path.

WALLACEDOCUPREP LLC is physically located in Okaloosa County Florida – serving the entire state virtually. We are mobile and will meet local clients at any convenient location within Okaloosa County during regular business hours.   

5. Prepare Your Legal Documents

WALLACEDOCUPRE LLC is also extremely efficient, with most Legal documents completed within 72 hours with no additional fees! Legal documents which require more detail will be completed within five business days of initiation of service.  A delivery date is set based on posted delivery time frames. The legal forms are delivered by e-mail unless you specify an upgrade of paper or expedited delivery at checkout. 

Many legal documents filed with a court must be signed in front of a notary public or Deputy Clerk. Notary services can often be found in court houses, libraries, banks, and print shops. Often, one of the clerks is a notary public. Sometimes these services are free; however, sometimes there is a charge.

How Much Does It Cost?

Unlike our competitors, we offer full service legal document preparation services; we don’t hand you fill-in-the-blank forms. Since every case is unique,  we first have to learn the details of your situation to provide accurate fees and pricing. Schedule a free 15-minute initial Evaluation to start the process.

No surprise costs.  The price you are quoted is exactly what you will pay for our service.  That’s it. We provide affordable non-attorney document preparation services. Our document preparation services cost a small fraction of using lawyers regardless the circumstances. We offer flat fees, meaning no hidden fees; however, there are additional charges for personal service, certified mail and Court filing fees. The court filing fees are made payable directly to the Court at the time of filing. Keep in mind, the Court will not file documents without the filing fee, if applicable. If you are below the poverty guideline, you may apply for a filing fee waiver, at which time the decision to proceed without having to pay the filing fee will be made by the Judge.
